Reseed Your Lawn
To ensure your lawn is strong, dense and even, you need to repair damaged areas every year. This will limit the proliferation of unwanted weeds and will make your lawn more resilient against insects. Also, in May or June, apply quality topsoil to bare patches and add a variety of grass seeds according to the sun exposure on your lawn. Then maintain the humidity of the soil for 14 days, until the germination of the seeds. You can also do these steps during the fall.
Good to know: Never use black soil, as it often contains weed and crabgrass seeds.
