Weed control

Controle des mauvaises herbes Spray Green

There are many causes for weed proliferation on your lawn:

  • Presence of poorly kept lawns nearby
  • Compact and dry soil
  • A lawn that is sparse, or too closely mowed
  • Clayey or acidic soil
  • Inadequate fertilization

To remedy the situation, it is important to aerate the soil and apply earth and seeds to the grass every year in areas of your lawn that are sparse. A dense and healthy lawn will limit the presence of weeds and reduce the need for herbicides.

Is your lawn infected with weeds?

Spray Green has a team of certified technicians ready to assist clients in the Roussillon municipalities, including: Delson, Candiac, La Prairie and Châteauguay.

Weed controls are only offered with a fertilization Program and will be done locally if necessary. Depending on the severity of the situation and the type of weeds in the lawn, it may take more than one visit to achieve a healthy, weed-free lawn.

Good to know: After treatment, avoid walking on, watering or mowing your lawn for a period of 24 hours.
